Not a demo with sample data. Your members, your teams, guardians linked to every child, your payment products, your league and cup history back through the decades — assembled on ClubTitan for you to walk around. Nothing has sent, nobody has been emailed, and your old platform hasn’t changed.

Step three

Your committee reviews, then a calm switch

You get a plain-English report of exactly what moved — every count, every possible duplicate flagged for a human decision. When the committee is happy, members claim their accounts with one tap on an email (no passwords to reset), and the old platform stays live alongside until you’re confident. Going live is a switch, not a leap.

A few things no platform can carry across for you — each with a clean, guided workaround, so nothing here is a surprise on the day.

  • Your Stripe account reconnects with one click if the club owns it; if your old platform controlled it, a fresh set-up takes minutes, not weeks.
  • Direct Debit mandates can’t transfer between platforms (no platform can move them) — most members just pay by card, and anyone on Direct Debit re-authorises at season renewal, a payment they were making anyway.
  • Parents re-confirm consents the first time they sign in — a few taps that leave your safeguarding record current, not stale.
  • Old in-app chat threads don’t move; we can hand them to you as a document to keep.
