Half your club is under 18.
We built for that first.

Most platforms bolt safeguarding on. ClubTitan started there — the guardian model, the messaging rules and the privacy defaults are the foundations everything else stands on.

Guardians own every child

A child's profile belongs to their parents. Nobody at the club — not even us — can see or answer for a child without a verified guardian link. It's enforced in the database itself, and we test that boundary on every single change we ship.

No private messages to minors, ever

When a coach messages a young player, the parents are in the loop automatically — the platform routes it that way; a coach cannot switch it off. Closed-loop, by construction.

Consents that actually mean something

Photo consent, trips, medical — versioned, per child, given and withdrawn by the guardian any time. If consent is missing, the platform behaves as if the answer is no: a child without photo consent simply never appears on a public page.

DBS tracked, never stored

We track certificate numbers and renewal dates for your welfare officer — never the documents themselves. Expiring checks surface before they lapse.

High-privacy defaults for children (the Children's Code)

No public child leaderboards, no location tracking, no nudges engineered to keep children on screens. Recognition rewards what happens on the pitch, never app time.

Your data is yours

Export everything, any time, in open formats — and members can ask for their data or its erasure themselves. Leaving is a button, not a negotiation. We think that makes staying an easy choice.
