Every grassroots club is held together by a handful of people who give up their weeknights to chase subs, fill in forms, sort availability and update the website. ClubTitan exists to give those evenings back.
What we're building
One place that runs the whole club — registration, payments, availability, matchday, a website that keeps itself fresh — where the routine admin quietly does itself and nothing important sends without a human saying so. The secretary's Tuesday evening should belong to the secretary again.
How we make money, honestly
ClubTitan is free to use. When a payment goes through the platform, we add 0.6% on top of the card processor's standard fee — on a £120 membership, that's 72p to us. No packages, no annual bill, no lock-in: your data is exportable and leaving is a button. The full picture is on the pricing page.
Where we are today
We're a small, founder-run company at the start of the journey, building in the open with real clubs rather than in a boardroom. Design partner club number one is AFC Henley, a grassroots football club in Oxfordshire — their secretaries, coaches and parents shape what we build, week by week.
